Legendary Argentine golfer Eduardo Romero is one of Latin America's most celebrated sportsmen and one of the first truly international players. He has represented Argentina an unprecedented 14 times in the World Cup, competed in 8 Dunhill Cups and has over 100 career victories to his name. 2008 was by far his best season to date with 3 victories including a win at The US Senior Open and a 3rd place finish at The British Senior Open.
Eduardo announced the launch of Romero Design in November 2007. Despite his full schedule, he has committed to creating signature golf courses for a handful of exclusive developments in Latin America and only 2 luxury hotels in Argentina including Valle de Uco, Golf, Wine & Country.
Eduardo's favourite wine is Malbec, the world-famous variety produced by the wineries of Mendoza, and his favourite food is Argentine steak cooked on his BBQ at home. When he's not teeing off at international tournaments, he enjoys playing tennis and polo, sports that will both be catered for at Valle de Uco, Golf, Wine & Country.
